Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vera is pay-as-you-go: there is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. This page explains refunds on one-off purchases.
Digital content, delivered on demand
Deep Verdicts, Comparisons and credit top-ups are digital content generated and delivered immediately when you request them. By buying one, you ask us to start delivery right away and acknowledge that you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. For that reason, delivered items are generally non-refundable, except as below, and except where the law gives you a stronger right.
When we will re-run or refund
If a paid search fails to produce a result, returns an obviously broken result, or is charged in error due to a fault on our side, we will promptly re-run it or refund that charge, your choice. Faulty or not-as-described content is always covered by your statutory rights.
How to request
Email contact@truereviewers.com with your receipt (or the payment reference from your confirmation email) and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days and process approved refunds back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Credits & expiry
Standard credits and one-off purchases never expire. There are no recurring charges and no account fee, so there is no subscription to cancel.
