What to email us about
- Billing & refunds: include your receipt or payment reference. See the Refund Policy.
- Privacy & data requests: access, correction or deletion of your data (most is also doable in-app via Settings, then Delete Account).
- Bugs & feedback: what happened, on which screen, and your app version if you have it.
- Copyright or content concerns: tell us the Verdict and the issue and we'll review it promptly.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few business days, and within 30 days for formal data-protection requests. Vera is in beta, so thanks for your patience.
