You can delete your Vera account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. No emails, no waiting.

In the app (instant)

• Open Vera and go to Settings.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@truereviewers.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify it is really you and complete the deletion within 30 days, free of charge.

What deletion does

Deleting your account anonymizes your server records: your email, name and profile are removed, your sessions are revoked, your saved library and comparisons are deleted, and your published reviews and comments are un-linked so they no longer show your name. If you ever made a purchase, those records (a payment reference, amount and receipt email) are retained only as long as tax and accounting law requires, then removed. Data stored on your device is removed when you clear app data or uninstall.

Without deleting your account
